“The property management company for the house I rent in Orland Hills uses Brown's Mechanical Services and I'm going to start using them for the house I own in New Lenox.My hot water heater went out in the morning and they were at my house by 4 p.m., diagnosed the water heater needed to be replaced, and got it all done in under three hours (including the time they had to wait for approval from the property management company otherwise they would have gotten it done even sooner).Definitely recommend you give them a shot at acquiring your business.“

“I contacted this company for a question/service on my water heater, the owner answered while on vacation. He was very informative and requested more information - he helped me right through my issue on the phone, without having to make a house call. Although I did not technically use this company, I think for someone to take the time (on vacation) to speak with me about an issue that most companies would have been happy to charge me for is amazing. You do not find many people in the world that genuinely want to help, let alone help without gaining from it. Just off of that I would absolutely recommend and use this company for anything that I need with my HVAC repairs.
