The technician was knowledgeable and after getting the right parts, fixed my furnace. It's working well so far. I would recommend Dr. Air Heating and Cooling. He also diagnosed other problems with my system. It was improperly installed and caused water damage so Rheem didn't honor their warranty.

Service Representative was great. However, Rheem didn't honor their warranty because my parts had water damage. My furnace still needs work because it wasn't installed properly causing condensation to form inside. My service technician was knowledgeable and noted the problems. My furnace is working well thanks to his diligence. I would recommend Dr. Air.
