I highly recommend Steve and his company to work on an HVAC issues. His service fee is $40 below Home Warranty of America. He and his team was professional and did a phenomenal job without trying to sell me stuff I don't need.

A couple of week's ago, my 2 year old Goodman furnace was not working probably with the negative temps on 1/22-24. I contacted Home Warranty of America, who replaced my old unit with the Goodman unit. They sent a Service Provider. The Service Provider a very nice guy came out 3X, still it was freezing in my kitchen area and the thermostat was between 58-66°. I continued to contact Home Warranty of America. Steve and his team helped my mom, Willa W., get her furnace working after a very stressful experience with a furnace installation company that failed to do their job properly. As her daughter, I had to step in to help my mom find a solution because everyone else gave her the runaround, coming and going without fixing the issue.

Since last year, when my mom first got the furnace, the installer never set the proper settings, which caused it to stop working and shut off daily during colder temperatures.
