“I contacted them during a rainstorm on a Sunday, and Jim came out at noon Monday. (The water heater manufacturer's website gave me his contact info, since he is authorized to service them.) Jim is extremely knowledgeable about water heaters and fixed our problem in a half an hour for a reasonable rate, even though others I contacted wanted to replace our water heater. I would use him to install my next water heater, but he no longer does that .“

“We called K&M and spoke with the owner. The heat wouldn't stay on in our home when it was -9°. He called us back immediately and after describing the issue with the furnace, he immediately recognized the fix. Rather then charging us a service trip and other charges for coming out to fix it, he walked us through a very simple fix that resolved the issue.
