I had a problem with my water heater, and I called Quality Service Inc. Heating & Cooling to get a quote for a new system. They were very responsive and professional. They insisted I have the system inspected first. Therefore, they sent a technician (Michael) to my house the same day and he quickly discovered the issue, ordered a replacement part, and had it promptly shipped to my home in 2 days. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all honest. He saved me thousands of dollars, as I was trying to purchase a new system. The price to repair was extremely reasonable. The office called to give me an approximate time for the repairman's arrival. He called when he was about 10 minutes away. He arrived in uniform and showed ID. He quickly spotted my problem and repaired it. He then cleaned up after himself. The price was reasonable.Service: Refrigerator repair
