“After having the same HVAC person for over 20 years, he referred all his customers to Sun Ray upon his retirement. My furnace went out a week before 0 degree temps were expected. The furnace was installed 1 day before the temp dropped. Two techs did the installation and worked almost 8 hours non stop to re-work the ancient piping, connections, removal, etc. it was about 15-20 degrees in the garage and they were still cheerful! I had a 25+ year old AC that was replaced the next spring. John came out and I didn't feel any pressure. He explained what they did, what they could install and financing arrangements per my request. We don't live close to the office but they still come out to help people in my village. All of the techs have been professional, explain everything slowly, in easy to understand language.“

My service appointment had a two hour arrival window, which was satisfied. The tech covered his feet before entering my home. That was great especially since it was damp outside. I had a boiler go out on one of the coldest days this winter. ** came out ASAP to see what he could to get my heat running. There was a crack in the boiler that could not be repaired as it would not solve the issue permanently. A person with less integrity would have applied a temporary patch and charged more money to come back out when it failed. I priced another company (**'s suggestion). I already knew I was going with ** and *** but I checked just to see the pricing. Not only did ** beat the other company but the salesperson made the statement, "a smaller company can install it but if anything goes wrong you'll never get them back out here." I told him you don't know **. That alone let me know I was right all along. You will not find anyone as honest and reliable. ** always goes goes above and beyond. Thanks **!!!!!“
