Five stars for JTR Heating & Air Conditioning. From start to finish Scott made the whole process comfortable and painless. We had new duct work and a new furnace installed in our basement. The entire team was responsive, on time, and clean. From the beginning Scott helped me through different options with pro’s and con’s for all. Never once was one item pushed on me, but instead I was given the information to make an informed decision. Service was fast, $89 for a furnace cleaning and inspection, they call back ASAP and communicate everything clearly, the technician was respectful, explained his process and everything he did during the job, he was in and out within the hour.
