The people were nice, the plumber did a great job ,BUT... I thought the bill was too high. I would suggest getting other estimates from other plumbers and compare the costs. I was told by the installer AFTER THE JOB WAS FINISHED, THAT THEY WOULDN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK BECAUSE I HAD SUPPLIED THE NEW TOILET

Very quick response. Detailed in-person explanations. Estimator offered choices and strategies. The team worked very very hard and took care to put things back in order.
