“We were experiencing water dripping from our Kohler steam controller. After deep troubleshooting and long wait time with Kohler, it was determined that our options going forward would be to go through a flushing process through the generator frequently for the next few days. This would hopefully address the dripping of water out of the controller head. Marty helped us with some workarounds. In the meantime we will consider replacing this steam generator. Marty was easy to work with, and very professional.“
“Our furnace had an issue where it needed a new gas valve. We paid a big HVAC company to diagnose the issue, but they wanted to charge an additional $1300 to replace it beyond the diagnostic fee. It seems that perhaps their real goal was to sell us a new furnace. That is somewhat understandable since our furnace is over 25 years old, but I first decided to call around to get other repair quotes over the phone since we had already paid to have the original problem diagnosed. None of the big HVAC companies I talked to were willing to quote over the phone - they all wanted to send someone out and have us pay for another diagnostic fee - making it nearly impossible to comparison shop without paying multiple diagnostic fees. Then I found good reviews online for Punelli and decided to call them. They quoted a fee of less than half of our original estimage over the phone, didn't try to pressure us into a new furnace, and we didn't need to pay another diagnostic fee. They came out and did the gas valve replacement the same day. The technicians did a great job, were super friendly, and we saved ourselves from a big expense. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing HVAC service.“
