She tried to troubleshoot with me briefly on the phone and then we could not figure it out so she said please hold, I'm going to call you back and see if I can get a technician out there. She called back within 10 minutes and said a tech would be on his way in 30 minutes.

Cole and Kaden arrived and got right to work. They fixed the issue and even educated me on some other things about keeping my house cool in the summer from the basement to the main level to make it more even. Both of the technicians were so kind and smiling, even in all this heat. I also really appreciated them putting on those little booties so they don't get the house dirty.
