For heat pump or cooling problems, the service advisor responds quickly, arrives the next morning, answers many questions and explains everything that is wrong and what needs to be done. Options for repairs or replacement are given with fair and competitive estimates. Installations of new systems are completed within a couple days, in eight hours, and technicians explain how to run the system. Simple jobs such as checking a box for an inspection addendum are quoted fairly and completed in minutes. My air conditioner quit working. Robert arrived right on time. He quickly assessed the issue and was able to get it running again quickly. He found a faulty contactor. He had one with him so he was able to change it. He tested the functions of the air conditioner and explained the results in depth so I have a clear understanding of how my air conditioner is holding up. Thank you Robert.
Gary and Rob were very professional and friendly! We lost our AC right during the hottest part of the summer and they came out within a couple days and installed an all new system for us. They got it done within 8 hours and were very knowledgeable when telling us how to run it! Noah was the technician that came out originally and gave us our options for repairs or replacement. He was very honest and wanted to make sure we got the best options.
I had an issue with my home's heat pump system not cooling. I have never had Indianola Mechanical do any service before, but I called them because of their proximity to my home, their lengthy years of business, and they're high rating on Google.
I liked how quickly they responded to my inquiry. Their Service Advisor Will was able to come the next morning. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered my many questions and explained everything he was doing and what was wrong with my system, and what needed to be done.
