Very happy I contacted Des Moines Comfort when my old geothermal unit quit working. From initial service call to subsequent estimate for new WaterFurnace geothermal system and eventual installation, all the employees were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The tech that arrived to my home was respectful and thorough. He was very cool to our pet cat and did not let their curiosity get in his way or bother him at all. He was able to complete our HVAC duct cleaning as well as our dryer vent. He did run into an issue where some of our ducts on the second floor were a flexible plastic and he declined to attempt cleaning them due to concerns about damaging them with the vacuum and equipment. The customer support team was reasonable and changed my quote and price based on the work that could not be performed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a maintenance cleaning for HVAC systems.
