I called Scott around 9am for a same day fix on our kitchen sink plumbing. He was able to fit us in and arrived right after the lunch hour. He arrived with his teammate and wife, Karen, and they got straight to work on the issue. Scott evaluated our current sink plumbing and started removing what needed replaced. They were extremely friendly and professional during their service visit. They explained what parts had rotted and which ones were installed with incorrect, cheap parts rather than plumbers grade parts. Would highly recommend Scott. He does things the right way, and is truly an expert in his field. Was extremely realistic compared to Service Legends, and always got back to my texts & Calls quickly.
