“After a storm last night our AC quit working. I called the after hours phone and spoke to Marcus and he was there in 1/2 hour!! He evaluated our problems and had the parts to fix it on the spot and we are so appreciative!!!! He is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. We have our HVAC and AC and water heater thru Roberts and everything lasts longer than it should and they really take care of their customers. Highly recommend this business and appreciate all their employees and how they take care of them. Marcus is a super friendly guy who made our day!! “I recently had an air conditioner and water heater installed, and the entire experience was outstanding. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived exactly when promised. They stayed focused on the job, worked efficiently, and treated our home with great care.

I especially appreciated how careful they were around our landscaping and plants outside, as well as protecting our floors and keeping the work area clean indoors. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and there were no surprises along the way.

One thing that really stood out was that the owner stopped by during the installation just to check in and personally say thank you for the business. That level of customer service is rare and speaks volumes about the company.

“Jesus did a great job!!! He was very informative and very kind and very respectful!!! Again I totally recommend bell brothers! Always a complete job! I wish the cost was more reasonable!!!!! $500 for the hour that he was here for just a clogged kitchen sink seems like a super high price!!! So I feel like bellbrothers got the best of me and not much I can say about that when I have to have it done. Oh well ? I might have to do some research the next time I have an issue. “My furnace stopped working and I had no heat. I had someone come out to look at it but it was NYE and they couldn't get the part for my 21 year old furnace for a few days and I would have been without heat for up to a week. I contacted Bob at APS and he was able to get me a part and Rod came out on NYE and fixed the problem. The problem didn't even require a part, but the port the switch went into was plugged up, they cleared it out and I had heat! Saved me money for something that was not needed and I had heat that evening! This is something the other company did not catch, yet they were here an hour and half. Rod found the issue w/in the first 5 minutes he was here. He was friendly, and knowledgeable, as well as Bob! I am switching to APS as they know what they are doing, very helpful and look out for their customers! 100% recommend!“

“Our dryer quit working. I set up an online appointment with Green's, and Quest Brown came first thing the next morning. He let us know our 17 yr old dryer had bit the dust, as parts were no longer available. Quest also shared what brands he recommended, and why. He is very knowledgeable and willing to explain the issue
Quest also had the sales team (Nick) to contact us about a replacement.

Thus was the second service call that Green's helped us on our appliances. I would recommend Quest Brown and Green's to anyone.“

“Our furnace had an issue where it needed a new gas valve. We paid a big HVAC company to diagnose the issue, but they wanted to charge an additional $1300 to replace it beyond the diagnostic fee. It seems that perhaps their real goal was to sell us a new furnace. That is somewhat understandable since our furnace is over 25 years old, but I first decided to call around to get other repair quotes over the phone since we had already paid to have the original problem diagnosed. None of the big HVAC companies I talked to were willing to quote over the phone - they all wanted to send someone out and have us pay for another diagnostic fee - making it nearly impossible to comparison shop without paying multiple diagnostic fees. Then I found good reviews online for Punelli and decided to call them. They quoted a fee of less than half of our original estimage over the phone, didn't try to pressure us into a new furnace, and we didn't need to pay another diagnostic fee. They came out and did the gas valve replacement the same day. The technicians did a great job, were super friendly, and we saved ourselves from a big expense. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing HVAC service.“
