After hours request for service during a brutal cold snap was professionally provided. With an understandable delay we were routinely notified of status. Communication was great and issue was resolved.
First time using this company and I’m so grateful I found them and called them! We had an emergency where our furnace randomly turned off, I called them at about about 8:40pm and they were going to come out closer to midnight-I understood as it’s late and it’s during these very cold days I’m sure they were booked! They called me 20 minutes later that they would be able to squeeze us in as one technician was closer to our home than the original one that was suppose to come out and they wanted to get our heat fixed as we have 4 little ones! They were able to come out right away to inspect our furnace and water heater for gas leaks! Nick did a thorough job checking every connection, luckily there wasn’t any leaks, but I now have the peace of mind knowing that there ISN’T a gas leak!!!
