Air went out and called Metro around 8:30pm. They were at our house by 9:30 the next morning and fixed it in no time. We are 💯 grateful for the quick response and was charged a very reasonable price for a Sunday morning.

Levi W. was fantastic and went the extra mile when he noticed one of my air ducts wasn't attached. He took the time to fix the issue, and my system is now running smoother and better than before. In a world of poor customer service, overpricing and general incompetence, Metro stands out by doing just the opposite. It is really amazing as to how they consistently perform their duties. I have used them several times and they have never failed in their consistency.
In this recent heatwave, they sent someone the SAME day to service my AC…and got it working at a fair price. There is no way I would use any other company. It is soooooo hard to find value and competency in today’s world. Metro has somehow found the formula. I highly recommend them & just pray they are not gobbled up by one of the regional or national contractors. Particular kudos to Levi and Drake!
