Today, Jesse came to perform maintenance on my air conditioner and furnace, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was kind, courteous, respectful, and professional throughout the entire visit. We wanted to add to our initial review. We also have the gold service plan. I usually think those are a scam, but we have been so grateful we have it. They take great care of the HVAC system and they have been there for us when other things came up. Today we tried get a new refrigerator installed and there was a plumbing issue. They got their plumber there and solved the problem within an hour. We know we got lucky that he was available right then, but we always feel like they have our back!
