Trust! that is the word that comes to mind with I think of working with Modern. I know that when my family calls them, I will be treated fairly, and can trust the outcome.They just install a new Furnace - and I'm very happy!

Our 25-year-old system was showing signs of failure. I didn't *really* want to spend the money to replace it as it was still working, however the writing was on the wall. I got bids from several other HVAC companies in the Des Moines area including some very established and respected names. I was mostly disappointed with their offerings. A family member recommended Modern Mechanical/Heating and Air to come over and bid.Firstly, I was super happy with the sales person who came out - Corbin. He explained so much and didn't try to use scare tactics like some other companies that came out.
