“Hottest day of the year so far. Central air went out. Called left a message before hours. Shortly after opening rec'd a call. Explained the problem. Within four hours the problem was fixed, a new part installed, and we were on our way to being as cool as we were. NOAH, our service guy, quickly diagnosed the issue. The dear lady who answered my call was helpful, cheery, upbeat and professional. All this at a very fair and reasonable price. Think we are happy? You bet we're happy. Thanks, Citywide! I had an issue with my air conditioning and my condo was getting really hot, so I was incredibly relieved when Thrasher Service actually answered the phone after hours. They were helpful right from the start and got me scheduled for the very next day as soon as they could.

They arrived ready to work, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had all of the parts they needed on hand, which meant they were able to get everything fixed without unnecessary delays.
