Trenton was our service tech at today's 6-month heating system check-up, and I just want to say he did a great job. He noticed that the wiring for our humidifier wasn't configured correctly so we were not getting any humification. He fixed that and took the time to explain how to operate and maintain the system. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and congenial. It was a pleasure to have him for today's service! Thanks Holt!!Service: HVAC system maintenance
Super nice, on time, and they explain everything that they are doing. I bought my furnace/air conditioner about two years ago and very happy. Thank you !January 2024 update. I pay a monthly maintenance fee for system service. The employee checked my thermostat when he arrived that was working and then took it apart as he said the batteries were corroded. Then he sold me a new thermostat as it was cold in my house as the heat was turned off. Then he left for another 30 minutes and replaced it. By then very cold. I didn't think that was the best way to sell a thermostat. What are you supposed to do. Freeze
I have trusted Holt for air conditioner and furnace service for years! As a Holt Member, I can expect great service twice a year--once for air conditioner and once for furnace/humidifier. I appreciate the timeliness and professionalism of Holt's service professionals such as Tyler, Matt, Justin, Brad, Ben, and Trenton. I also appreciate the text message reminders as well as alerts prior to the service call. I really appreciate the after hours service that come with the service plan. Thanks much!UPDATE: The priority service with the service plan came through again! The furnace stopped working and in less than 24-hours we were back up and running.
