“We have been using this company for over 15 years at my business, but this year we switched our home to them too. They are great, honest, not trying to upsell on things you don't need. Lozier is still one of the only locally owned not bought out companies and they care about their clients. In an emergency they put in a full new unit for $9500(better energy saves too) into my daughter's townhome where others were charging $12,000 also they MidAmerica approved for rebates.”

“Cost of replacing our furnace was thousands of dollars cheaper through Hoss heating and cooling than it would have been through a different company. Extremely helpful and does fantastic work.”

“I called Proctor Mechanical at 9:00am in reference to a concern I had with excess water pooled around my exchanger. Justin answered my call and was at my my door at 11:15am. Easy gentleman to like. Professional, knowledgeable well spoken. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and reassured me that it was not a mechanical issue and pointed out what I needed to do, easily, to remedy. No charge. We spoke of relocation of the exchanger to clear up some space. We will be doing business. Highly recommend Proctor Mechanical.”
