“After a storm last night our AC quit working. I called the after hours phone and spoke to Marcus and he was there in 1/2 hour!! He evaluated our problems and had the parts to fix it on the spot and we are so appreciative!!!! He is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. We have our HVAC and AC and water heater thru Roberts and everything lasts longer than it should and they really take care of their customers. Highly recommend this business and appreciate all their employees and how they take care of them. Marcus is a super friendly guy who made our day!!
