I got hooked up with Connett through my home warranty company. I was so satisfied with the work Juan did that I purchased a 3 year home maintenance program. The office staff always calls to remind me to set up the AC and furnace checks.
Today Pete came out due to issues with our AC coil. He kept checking things until he figured out what was wrong. They are now working with the home warranty company to solve my issue. Pete was very informative and helped us understand what was causing our issues.
Every time I call Connett or when a tech has to come out, the staff has been polite, respectful and willing to explain things so I can understand them.

The Hottest day of the year and no air. I got an appointment, a repair, and a cool home in less than 6 hours. Juan, thank you for hearing my concerns and working to restore my sanity. I'm not calling anywhere else for HVAC services!
Connett Services always does a great job when they visit my home. Last year they installed a new HVAC system including AC, they came back this year to service it. The service-people are always polite, attentive, and informative. I appreciated that Juan asked if I had any questions a few times instead of just once - usually when asked only once I forget or don't know what to ask. Juan informed me on the maintenance and upkeep he performed on both units and was helpful in answering all of my questions.
