Very good knowledge of the system we have, and passed on some useful tips of what to look for as far as common problems that can come up. Punctual and good communication throughout. I would recommend!
They did a great job of explaining what they thought the problem might be. They are very good at what they do and are great to work with. They fixed the problem with our furnace noise and took the time to explain what happened to it and what the problem was. Very satisfied with the way that things were handled by the technician. I highly recommend them for your needs.
Our heating/furnace stopped working this winter. Found Wyckoff's sticker on the side showing they installed. We called and had a very level conversation about the repair that might be needed based on symptoms. The person on the phone gave us some self-help instructions on common causes to save us paying for a services appointment and scheduled us to be seen the next day in case it didn't work. Turns our igniter had cracked which the technician was able to replace during the appointment. They also took the time to explain the repair and show me how to do it which was a bonus.
