After a storm last night our AC quit working. I called the after hours phone and spoke to Marcus and he was there in 1/2 hour!! He evaluated our problems and had the parts to fix it on the spot and we are so appreciative!!!! He is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. We have our HVAC and AC and water heater thru Roberts and everything lasts longer than it should and they really take care of their customers. Highly recommend this business and appreciate all their employees and how they take care of them. Marcus is a super friendly guy who made our day!! Dr. Sloan and the clinic staff are the best of the best. When our family friend had to make the decision to put down her elderly leader dog, the whole clinic gave their condolences and even went out of their way to gift a keychain in braille with her leader dogs name on it ❣️ I would highly recommend this clinic.

Nic did a fantastic job, better than expected! Went above and beyond not only painting some rooms but also fixing some wood trim pieces and repairing exterior baseboard siding the right way and not just patching it. Will defiantly be hiring Kreative Koatings again!

Lexi has been a big help to me. I've had two surgeries this year in my left wrist and shoulder, this has left me unable to care my own hair. Dr. Radechel is the BEST! My regular vet was unavailable, due to his own personal medical emergency, to come and care for my sick horse. His staff suggested 2 other clinics. Iowa Equine said it was to far to drive even though I suspected my horse was in the early stages of Colic or a UTI. I called Dr. Radechel and he was more than willing to come and care for my horse. He is a very professional, practical, reasonable and personable horse vet. He didn't push any unnecessary tests. He told me signs to watch for and how to best care for my horse as he recovers. Thank you Dr. Radechel for your kindness and compassion towards myself and my horse. I appreciate you!
Outstanding customer service. I drove down to pick up contacts and I was about 10 minutes late on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They had closed, locked the doors and had their coats on to leave for the holiday. When they saw me out the window, they opened up to help me...with smiles on their faces! We all know the feeling of already being past quitting time and having to stick around late..it's not the easiest thing to do. They did it and it made an amazing impression on me. Each member of the team at Optometric Associates-Warren are top notch. This is the place to go for all things eyes!
