9AM - 4PM
1001 Virginia Ave Suite # 380, Hapeville8AM - 8PM
3397 Main St, College Park“Love the ambience of the place.
It’s so spacious inside and has a peaceful atmosphere, everyone I spoke to was friendly. The massage suites were downstairs. I was shown around a bit and offered a tour by my massage therapist Anton, he was very kind and informative. The massage was nice and relaxing, though the room was a bit warm lol. I had a few issues with my neck but Anton tried his best to accommodate me and he put a little more focus on that area which I appreciated. After my massage I was offered wine, tea, water and was allowed to lounge around for a bit, which I loved! I enjoyed my time here and will def book again.
My only con is the parking (which I should have looked up so I’ll take that to the chin), it’s a bit of a hassle, there’s very little parking and it’s on a Main Street, they do have a shared lot a block over but when I checked the price it was nearly $16 for 2 hrs (that was the minimum) that may not be a lot to some of you, but when caught offguard it was a bit much for me. Luckily after calling the facility the lovely lady at the front desk told me a spot in front had just opened up and they sent someone outside to hold it for me, that was very sweet to me!“

James is so knowledgeable, experienced and truly cares about finding the causes of the pain, isolating where it is and working the pain out. I highly recommend him!“

887 West Marietta St NW Studio T-108, Atlanta“I have been involved with CYD since about 2014 and I have seen students graduate from high school, college, and now working as full-time staff to pour into our current students as it was poured into them. And they bring a unique, relatable experience to the students because they actually and literally sat in the same chairs. Oh...did I mention there are CYD graduates that are Doctors, Lawyers and Board Members! Create Your Dreams!!!“

I totally skipped over the introductory class and jumped right in, and Im kinda glad I did. I appreciated Aisha’s patience and guidance. I didn’t know what I was doing ? But everyone was so nice & encouraging. Pilates is no joke! It’s Tuesday and my body is still feeling it from Sunday. ?? Although I’m a newbie, I love pilates already and eager to continue on my health and wellness journey.“

11459 Hutchesons Ferry Rd, Palmetto“I’ve seen over 8 chiropractors across the east coast over the past 10 years. April is the only one to truly provide relief. She’s more than a chiropractor, she’s incredibly attune to metabolic health, nervous system, and how trauma is stored in the body.
My body has never felt better since working with April two years ago!
I switch between April’s hand and table adjustments to the decompression machine which truly looses pressure on the spine. So grateful.“
8AM - 9:30PM
1549 Clairmont Rd #206, Decatur“I love Still Hot Yoga. I have been coming here over the last 7 years. I am not consistent because I travel a great deal and also live in Gwinnett County (about 45 min away). When I do come, I easily adjust to the hot yoga routine! I feel welcomed and comfortable all the time ??“
6 - 7:30AM
27 Waddell St NE, Atlanta“Ashtanga Yoga Atlanta is a legit Ashtanga Shaala teaching traditional Ashtanga Yoga. Todd is a very good instructor helping you build upon from wherever you start. His attention to detail and gentle manner makes you look forward to the practice. Over the years he has created a welcoming space. I highly recommend AYA for serious yoga practitioners.“
12 - 1PM
1963 Hosea L Williams Drive Northeast R-104B, Atlanta“Amazing studio! I went for the first time and would definitely go back and get a package of classes. It’s super easy to sign up on their website and you check in on arrival. It’s a small studio so you can’t go in until your class time but there’s tons of nearby parking so you can wait in your car or outside if it’s pleasant. The instructor was great and helped with modifications as needed. All in all phenomenal experience“
9AM - 9PM
1681 McLendon Ave NE, Atlanta“Kashi Atlanta is a gem! The instructors are amazing and the classes are welcoming to all levels. It's a workout for body and soul, and I always leave feeling fantastic. Highly recommend!“
“Jeff Michaud is excellent to work with and takes pride in what he does for good reason. He is timely, quick to respond and always willing to go out of his way to accommodate you. Book your next session with Jeff!“
10 AM - 5 PM
107 Church St, Marietta“ONE major thing you have to know about this place. The address on Yelp is not its physical location, but the location of the mailbox the owner keeps. The owner for whatever reason doesn't want to know the location of the studio to the public except to clients. Basically, read the text message she sends, and it should be in Virginia-Highlands area. If you are going near Trader Joe's, you are in the wrong location. HOWEVER... I am giving 5 stars despite that inconvenience because of how amazing the massage experience is. I have been getting massages since I was a teen and Krista is probably the 2nd best massage I have ever received period. As someone who does a lot of sports stuff, I need regular massages monthly, and Krista just gave a magical healing experience.“
9AM - 9PM
27 Waddell St NE suite d, Atlanta“Rutu is the consummate professional. She is the real deal. Her classes aren't motivated by pop culture trends or short-term fitness goals. When you leave her class, you feel stronger emotionally, mentally and physically (which is my overall - yet perhaps overall general - goal for the practice). If you want to grow spiritually and make your body truly stronger and healthier, take a class as ALIY.“
“Came here during a bar hop with friends and was pleasantly surprised that not only did they have vegan wings, but they were absolutely delicious!! Great way to start the night Updated from previous review on 2026-04-23“

“As a seasoned personal trainer, this is my go-to spot—and my clients’ favorite—for practicing yoga. Michelle is a truly gifted instructor who meets you at your level, no matter your experience. She has a deep understanding of the human body and offers alternative techniques to help you improve safely and effectively.
As we age, yoga—just like regular exercise—plays a crucial role in longevity, and this studio supports that journey beautifully. The space is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. Hands down, the best yoga studio on the South Side!“
