This is my favorite studio in the country. I’m not kidding. I have practiced everywhere from Denver to New York, and I have yet to find such a consistently good hot power flow class. VaHi Location is extra special. Teachers are great and really challenge you, but it doesn’t feel like it matters how “good” you are. Obsessed. Go here.
Beautiful studio with amazing teachers! I am just getting back into yoga and new to this style. The teachers are very encouraging about going at your own pace and their directions being a guide for each person’s level of comfortability. Looking forward to more classes!
I love this studio! It has become my go-to place when I need to decompress and reconnect with myself. All of the instructors are fabulous and bring their own unique perspective to each class. They are very welcoming, so don't be nervous if you're a first timer to Highland Yoga or yoga in general. Do yourself a favor and try Highland Yoga!
