I enjoy coming to Highland Yoga, particularly in the winter months where the hot yoga feels good. Saves money to buy a monthly membership versus pay by the class. Each teacher has their own style, so find the ones that suit you best. My personal favorite is Heather, followed by Caron! I have noticed the VA highlands location bringing in more variety that the other locations have had - including warm deep stretch, slow & steady, and the vinyasa + yin. I personally appreciate mixing it up so it isn’t always only the power flow. I like the scented cold cloth they give you at the end.Overall. Im visiting for the holidays and stopped in for a power class with Caron - her sequencing was fun and creative and the energy in the room was awesome. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Atlanta - thank you!

I visited Higland Yoga while on vacation in Atlanta and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The teachers were consistently good at providing a solid flow and sweat. The studio is nice and warm and the facility was clean and neat. Very much would come back again. Thanks Highland yoga!
