Listen, if you have a muscle tightness Leti WILL find it. Where you feel it is likely not where the problem is, Leti is so knowledgeable and locates the problem while telling you ways to help avoid in the future. I’ve had other therapists here and they’re great but for my needs I go to Leti. So amazing, so friendly, so knowledgeable.
Been a member of exhale/salt since last fall/winter and overall it’s been wonderful. The gym, the Train sessions, the HIIT/pilates/yoga classes are all a real value for the cost. That said I do wish they had more options between 10am-noon for the wfh crew and the parents who just finished school drop off but they say they are working on it… hopefully sooner rather than later.

I absolutely love this place and love the people who work here! I have referred so many of my friends here and none of them are disappointed!! The massages are 100/10, but I also love the Pilates classes and the gym equipment!!
