Excellent deep tissue massage followed by a steam. The locker rooms are very clean and well maintained and equipped with everything you need to shower, and dry your hair etc. Not the most exotic day spa in Atlanta but definitely the best treatment I have had in years!Colleen was fantastic.

Good services but I feel it was a bit overpriced. I could have 2 services at Chatue Elan plus lunch for want I spent here. Granted there is some minor improvement with eyes but not $396 worth of improvement.

Their classes are great. Their instructors are great. Their management is not. A fill-in instructor forgot to turn on the Zoom link (totally understandable) and I tried calling for 20 minutes and no one answered the reception desk phone. I called the front desk at the Loews and that woman tried hard to find someone to help, but also couldn't. I called Exhale back 25 minutes later, just to check, and the woman who answered the phone apologized that the instructor forgot and then when I said I tried calling them for 20 minutes, told me she was away from the desk and then hung up on me.
