ONE major thing you have to know about this place. The address on Yelp is not its physical location, but the location of the mailbox the owner keeps. The owner for whatever reason doesn't want to know the location of the studio to the public except to clients. Basically, read the text message she sends, and it should be in Virginia-Highlands area. If you are going near Trader Joe's, you are in the wrong location. HOWEVER... I am giving 5 stars despite that inconvenience because of how amazing the massage experience is. I had an amazing massage from Krista. Additionally, her location in the Morningside neighborhood is perfect for me. A very experienced masseuse in a variety of techniques, Krista did a great job targeting my tight and sore spots. She has created a really nice space for massage, yoga and meditation. Very relaxing experience.

I just had my first session with Krista and it was LIFE CHANGING! After dealing with back/neck/shoulder pain and tension for so long, I finally decided to get a massage. Krista took the time to discuss my needs and used a combination of therapies to address my problem areas. She's very intuitive and truly wants you to leave feeling much better than you did walking in. I can't say enough good things about her and will definitely be a repeat client!
