Absolutely love this place started years back before Covid and really used the online during Covid ( badly needed) to stay sane , but this place helped me in so many ways. Michelle is a wonderful instructor.

I absolutely love being a part of this wonderful class. In all my travels I have not found any yoga studio like this one. If you want to stretch out those ligaments and tendons you need to come..I call it grown folks yoga! #comegetyousome

This session is so awesome...not to mention Michelle the instructor is the best....I was very reluctant because of my left arm pain..after going to class almost a month now my pain is completely gone and I've ....cancelled my MRI on that arm...I'm still overly excited about my yoga class....Michelle session are unpredictable, full of energy and never dull...however very fulfilling to the body and mind....
