Highland Yoga - Memorial is a popular studio that offers a variety of classes in a heated room. The classes are a perfect blend of vigorous flow, creative sequencing, strength, flexibility, and meditation and mindfulness. The studio is clean and has plenty of time slots for different types of classes throughout the day. The instructors are friendly and helpful, and provide great instruction. Highland Yoga is a welcoming space that makes visitors feel at home. It has a positive energy and is a great place to find your flow. The studio is also convenient for those who are new to yoga, with slow flow classes available for beginners. Proof of vaccination is required for entry, with non-vaccinated classes available at select locations.
I signed up since the studio was offering $30/first month, unlimited sessions for new students. I have had a great experience so far! I will definitely be signing up for more classes after the period is over. There’s plenty of time slots and different types of classes throughout the day, the studio is clean and all of the instructors I’ve had so far have been really friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is that if you are new to yoga, you’d probably want to start with the slow flow classes. The power yoga classes (in my opinion) are not for the inexperienced or newbies.
Highland Yoga never disappoints! Every instructor is phenomenal. Shannon is my go to but I always feel stronger and more grounded everytime I go. Thank you HY for providing such a special space in the community!
I haven’t done hot yoga in more than 10 years so I was a bit nervous going in. I need not have been. In the past week I have gone to 3 classes with 3 different instructors and they have each been incredible! Highly recommend!
