    I’ve been practicing at OnlYoga for over a year, and it’s become such a grounding part of my Midtown routine. It’s walkable, tucked into Colony Square, and feels like a peaceful retreat right in the middle of the city.

    Anne Marie, the lead teacher and owner, is such a joy to learn from. Her Ashtanga and Dharma classes are my favorites. They’re rooted in tradition but never feel rigid—she brings a sense of laughter and encouragement that makes everyone feel welcome.

    In short I highly recommend Anne Marie’s classes but personally have not had a good experience with Natalia - I like how the practice is more traditional and the space looks clean and smells nice comparing to heated studios - which almost has a sweaty smell to me. I think Anne Marie is a great, patient instructor and I would like to keep attending her class.

    Meanwhile I am not very likely to attend Natalia’s class again as I had a negative experience. I walked in 1 min late because it’s my first class here and I miscalculated the transit time, and if she decided to not let me in it would be fine for me.
