Brandon is so amazing and well-spoken. He keeps you motivated and honestly is just truly amazing at what he does. I will continue to come based on that. The class is challenging but worth all of the effort. I love it. 100/10

Jen is the best, I always enjoy her classes! She provides clear instructions and reminds you to listen to your body and do what feels right. The studio is warm, welcoming, and always a great experience!

Had a great Hot Flow 60 class with Munir. I was visiting from out of town and rushed in, arriving about four minutes before class started, but he immediately made me feel comfortable and assured me I had time to settle in.

I also appreciated that mats are free to borrow, and the one I used had great grip for a heated class.

The class is all levels, but true beginners may find it challenging to keep up, especially when the pace picks up. If that’s you, I’d recommend choosing a class labeled beginner or slow.
