All instructors are well-equipped to safely guide students on their spiritual journey, on and off of the mat. The owner as well as the instructors are clear that Yoga is much more than a physical and mental discipline, and they all integrate the spiritual aspects of the Yoga discipline in their yoga classes. From the moment I was greeted by Touré, I knew she had something I needed – Light to shine through my darkness. This was just upon meeting and conversing with her. But when I attended her EVOLVE class on the following Thursday evening, I was invigorated with an unfolding path to true healing. I knew I was in the right place at the right time. I have also taken her All Levels Hatha Yoga Classes and Jennifer's Restorative Yoga Class. This studio is a dream come true, literally. So grateful every time I enter into the historic and deeply-rooted Temple.
