“I love this gym. The trainers are Josh and Will. They listen to your goals and intentionally help you reach them. They push you and encourage you. I drive from Jonesboro multiple days a week because I've finally found a gym I feel comfortable going to.”
“Update: I visited this studio for 9 months and enjoyed every class! The only reason that I no longer attend is because I moved :(. I think about Southern Lotus often, and I hope they remain prosperous!
I have been frequenting this studio for about four months now, and I will continue to! I have tried beginner, intermediate, and advanced lessons. Every instructor is SO kind and personable. I feel challenged and taken care of. The community of people that attend these classes have been really nice as well. An extra bonus is I don't have to drive into the chaos of Atlanta (traffic, paid parking, etc.) to get a great service.”
“Ive been with Shi Kaze Dojo since the beginning. I do the yoga with Gloria. Its been awesome to see her work in the classes she teaches and her knowledge of karate, sword and yoga. She works with great with all age groups. I love my yoga with her she helps keep me focused as thats a tough one for me. She also teaches karate and sword classes as well. If you are looking for karate training, sword training, or yoga for your mind body and soul dont hesitate to consider Shi Kaze Dojo.”
