“I’m that guy that checks the reviews but doesn’t write reviews! So an attempt to be less hypocritical… The most honest response and kindness people from this company came to my house! From the guy that runs it, Chris, To the guy that came out to my house, Barry, I will be using them for my $20-$30,000 replacement of both my systems! There are a lot of bad players in the Charlotte area that don’t tell you the truth and just want to replace equipment as opposed to fixing it… these guys aren’t them! Also found out the guy that runs the day today, Chris Stapleton, went from learning how to be a technician going to people’s houses to running the company now. I think he deserves another promotion on top of that!
