Jay had a cancellation and was able to perform our winter HVAC check-up earlier than originally scheduled. He checked the various components and determined that the system was operating properly.
I have been a customer of Reliance for two years now and I have been very pleased with the service they have performed. I purchased a new home two years ago so my interaction with Reliance has been with the semi-annual furnace/air conditioning inspection and cleaning. I had Jay from Reliance come to my first semi-annual inspection and he was so good that I asked for him to be assigned to me for each subsequent inspection. I would recommend Reliance highly!
Jay Hornstein is the technician who completed my service call. I am extremely happy with his assessment, and his explanation of why my A/C unit is experiencing issues. Jay didn’t hesitate to explain why the unit blows loudly upstairs. He explained in detail how the unit works, and he showed me the parts that were involved. I’m completely satisfied with Reliance, and look forward to signing up for a service plan.
