“I highly recommend Paramount Plumbing and HVAC.Our natural gas hot water heater was 12 years old. It was a Whirl Pool from Lowes, basic residential home unit with plastic drain plug. The fumes from use over the years were getting pretty bad and replacing the thermocouple no longer made it work.I contacted Shane Creech with Paramount Plumbing HVAC. I was able to send photos of the Whirlpool to Shane and gave him dimensions. Shane was able to quote a price within minutes. When I asked how long it would be before he could do the work, he surprised me when he said the very next day at 8:30 am.Shane was on time, professional, had the old hot water heater removed, and had installed a new Builders Supply Rheem Professional Classic 50 gallon (not the cheap residential Home Depot model) within 2 hours of arriving. After installation, he reviewed the hot water heater features and operation in detail.The Rheem Professional Classic has upgraded manufacturing and parts with a brass drain plug, metal control valve, anode upgrade, and is so very quiet. It came with a 6 year warranty.Shane is a Master Plumber and he made a very tight, difficult removal and installation look easy. Call him today. You will not be disappointed.“

“We got referred to GMI by a friend to help us install the HVAC system in our unfinished basement. Spencer was our initial contact who was incredible at brainstorming the project with me and going over a gameplan of how to be meet our needs. He was very honest about what would and wouldn't work and how we could do things to best fit our budget. We decided to move forward with them and they had a team out to install our system the following week.Ramone, José, and Mario did all our wire pulling and ductwork and I have to say they were a joy to work with. They went above and beyond to help me maximize my ceiling space and were very punctual and respectful. They took the time to walk through what they were going to do and ask questions to make sure it was exactly what I wanted instead of just assuming and throwing stuff up wherever. They even tidied up every night before leaving instead of leaving a mess everywhere.Spencer then came and did a final walkthrough with us and made sure everything was to our liking. He recommended us a Train unit since it's the only company still being made in the States.He was very professional from the beginning to the end of the project.An year later something happened to the condensation hose and we had a lot of water back up in the drain pan, which wasn't even his fault, but he came back and fixed the situation without any extra charge.
