We received excellent service from Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning, from scheduling through the finished repair of our AC unit. Grant was fantastic. He showed up on time, handled the process efficiently and worked through the rain storm. He did get soaked, despite Stan shielding him and the unit with a golf umbrella.
Jeremy Stucks from Andy Lewis/Hobson Heating & Air did a great job servicing our HVAC. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job of walking me through the service requirements and resolutions. I would absolutely recommend Jeremy and Andy Lewis/Hobson Heating & Air!
I have been a customer of this company for quite a while now. I have always been happy with the exceptional customer service and the wonderful people that answer the phones. I just had to replace my whole system and the two gentlemen that came out were so efficient and so knowledgeable of what they were doing it made it very pleasant to have them in my home, even though it took all day to get my service up and running. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that asks.
