“I highly recommend Duncan Heating and Air. From my first phone call to their company, everyone I worked with were professional, honest, and skilled in their trade. They answered all my questions, and were above and beyond helpful. Three amazing young men worked diligently on a complicated installation of a new HVAC unit. Thank you Eli, Alex and Julio and you too, Ms Cathy.”
“I always check every business reviews to read what other people have experienced with them. I give Elite Heating and Air a 5-star review because they are indeed excellent at what they do. Tim personally handled my problem from beginning to end and orchestrated the replacement of my central air/heating furnace. He was diligent and thorough in his diagnosis of my old unit and took the time to explain to me how the major parts of the unit are supposed to work. Once I agreed to the cost, he mobilized his Team rapidly. They came, removed the old system, installed the new and before they left, they checked the whole unit to make sure it was functioning. They cleaned everything and left the space in great condition. Tim came back and inspected the job and as I already knew, Odilio and his son had done an amazing job. All was completed the same day. If that is not excellence, I don’t know what is. They were highly professional and quite knowledgeable.
Thank you Elite Heating and Air. You were God-sent for sure.”
