Service itself was Excellent but the price was insane $1500 (too dang HIGH)! The one star is for the outrageously high price I was charged just to replace a water heater expansion tank that sprung a leak and a PRV. Unfortunately this happened while I was away (truck driver) and my options were quite limited. Never again tho. (See Update)*UPDATE*So today I was contacted by a company representative named Shelly. I must say I was pleasantly surprised that she reached out to address my concerns.
