“There was a scheduling error made by the TE Certified CSR which wasted 4 hours of my day and was frustrating. After the issue was resolved through multiple calls, the assigned service member, Nathan, did an outstanding job on our repair.”
“I recently purchased a home in Roswell, Georgia. The HVAC system had not been serviced in 4 years. I called Air Control Heating and Air to service the HVAC system. They were able to accommodate my schedule and on the date of service, I received an email that technician was on his way and it provided live tracking of his vehicle! The technician, Ken, arrived on time and thoroughly explained what he was going to check. He serviced the units and even added bleach to clean the condensation line and showed me how to do that as well. Ken is an experienced HVAC technician and a good guy. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan. I highly recommend Air Control Heating and Air! Ask for Ken!”
“My Lennox thermostat went bad and Temperature Pro (Jamie) came out very quickly and resolved all of my issues. I will definitely call them again with any HVAC issues.”
