They were able to accommodate my schedule and on the date of service, I received an email that technician was on his way and it provided live tracking of his vehicle! The technician, Ken, arrived on time and thoroughly explained what he was going to check. He serviced the units and even added bleach to clean the condensation line and showed me how to do that as well. Ken is an experienced HVAC technician and a good guy. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan. I highly recommend Air Control Heating and Air! Ask for Ken!”
