I got 3 quotes to fix my AC and the prices were so I high that we went all summer (in Ga) with no AC while we’re we’re saving. Right before a big heat wave a friend suggested I get a quote from Rock Landes. His price was 1/3 of the lowest price from the first 3. He was super honest and let us know what was necessary to replace and what was an upsale. On top of the awesome price he was so upset at my not having AC for so long that he ran all over town to get my the lowest price equipment and then installed in the next morning without charging me a rush fee or anything. The other guys said 2-3 days or rush service fee. Rock is amazing.

I have used Landes Heating and Air on multiple occasions. Rock is very responsive, even on holidays or after hours, he is honest about whatever your issue is, repairs needed, if there is a work-around and costs. The first time I called him was for an A/C compressor problem, a day before a long 4th of July holiday, he showed up quickly, made the repair, explained it to me and the price was right. I had called a well-known company who I contacted to install 3 systems with customized zoning, programmable, thermostats, air purifiers, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, carbon monoxide alarms and ventilators in my previous custom built, 5,000 + sq ft home.
