Hansard Heating & Cooling is a locally owned family business providing extraordinary and unbelievable service. They are known for being incredibly respectful, especially to older customers, and for their quick response. The team, including the professional and quiet crew, treats customers very well. They perform thorough investigations and offer professional advice, going above and beyond to solve problems, even in urgent situations. They handle installations, maintenance, furnace inspections, and build necessary parts onsite. Customers notice immediate improvements and recommend the company for all HVAC needs, praising their truly unbelievable and professional service.
Jake arrived promptly when scheduled and performed routine maintenance on my A/C. He stated that it was running perfectly and pronounced my current filter clean, not necessitating replacement. All in all it was an excellent outcome.
I almost made a terrible mistake when pressured by Kennon Heating & Air pushing me to fix and possibly replace a 5 yr old AC unit with a quote between $6,800-$10,000. I decided to look further and was highly recommended to use Hansard Heating and Cooling, and I was not disappointed. I could tell right away that the technician, Jake, was experienced and was more interested in fixing the problem, not push something completely unnecessary. That was the best referral I have received and they fixed my AC unit for about $2... NOT $7-10k that was NOT NEEDED! Will never use Kennon again and highly recommend Hansard as the honest, professional choice!
Been working with Hansard H&C for many years and never had anything other than exceptional service from them. Even when we moved from Cumming to Dahlonega we continue to use Hansard. They are always professional and never looking to upcharge for anything - if you leave a message they call you back, arrive on time and deliver excellent quality work. Will continue to work with them as long as they will continue the long drive up 400!
