I didn’t end up having them do the remediation but Richard was super helpful. I contacted them on a Sunday and he reached out within a couple hours. Walked me through his recommendations and explained everything thoroughly. Only reason we didn’t use them is we had someone else come that fit our schedule better (no fault of these guys).

TL; DR- Use this company! You’d be with a company that truly cares for you and takes care of your needs until the issue is SOLVED!
