“We had two visits from Customer Care with two different technicians. The first identified the problem in about 20 minutes but didn't have the required part which was a special order. The second technician removed and installed the new part in about 15 minutes. Both were professional, friendly and pretty efficient. It took less than a week to get the part and now all is working perfectly. It was a warranty call so I cannot talk to costs.“
