I had to put my buddy Biscuit, my and my daughter’s cat that I bought for her as a tiny kitten, to sleep today. My first time meeting Dr Hall and his staff. They were kind, empathetic, and obviously love their jobs caring for people’s pets. I was heartbroken of course, and torn about trying to treat Biscuit again, but at age 17 he had a great life and I feel I made the right choice, as he has been failing slowly for a long time. I recommend the office on the basis of their compassion.
