“Would have given you a 5 but there was a definite breakdown in communication. Leonard who did our estimate and measurements did a fantastic job. The installers were great too. They did a fabulous job during installation. Very happy with our floors. The unanswered phone calls and emails to the office are what cost you a star. Otherwise I recommend this company for your flooring needs.“

“I wanted to take time to Thank Jim Fullwood salesman and Nick Nickola installer. We purchased flooring in August of 2020. The flooring continued to separate and lift. Jim and Nick worked to try and correct the problems from the original installation. ( another installer did the original) twice they replaced rather large sections of the floors. But the floors continued to not be it right. Jim actually replaced entire flooring with a better floor than i originally had. ( which was good level of floor) They have treated us right and been more than fair in correcting our floors. I cant Thank them enough for everything. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs flooring.“
