Hurricane Ian took out my electric pole. David and his crew had me up and ready for FPL to hook me up within 24 hours of my initial call! And they charged me a quarter of what I had been quoted from others. You won't be gouged by this company!

We recently purchased a home in Punta Gorda and was in need of electrical services. I found Bruce D Ladd on the internet. Owning a service business I am critical of wowing customers and grade service businesses on all aspects. When Jason Smith, from Bruce D Ladd Co., showed up with booties on his shoes before entering our home I knew they were concise about customer service. Their company representative, Jason Smith was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He demonstrated experience and performed his duties with care. We had a whole house generator installed at our home in Punta Gorda. Bruce Ladd Electric was recommended by a friend and we are very happy we had them do the project.
We scheduled a time to review the work requested and Jason was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.
The work was scheduled and started on schedule. Jason his assistant Jordan and all others involved did an outstanding and timely job.
We would highly recommend this company.
