Tony and Adele were absolutely fantastic, arriving super quick and pointing customers in the right direction. Ryan did an amazing job repairing a complicated plumbing situation, saving money with a simpler solution. Nick was very professional and very knowledgeable. Luis O was courteous and professional, fast and efficient with the estimate and install. Chris did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem, including installing a Nest. Jeff K was prompt, professional, and had a keen sense of attention to detail. The company is very reasonable on pricing and provides a clean work area.

Great experience with Luis O as our tech. Very courteous and professional. We were out of town and need our garbage disposal repaired. Luis was available earlier than expected and Pro-Tec notified me that they would be able to service sooner. Luis diagnosed the issue, was fast and efficient with estimate and install.
