They went above and beyond to make things as easy and convenient as possible for me . They didn’t just take care of my mother they take care of me too . From helping with the process to providing critical information after the fact . They were there every step of the way , not pushing, helping as much or as little as I requested. I couldn’t imagine having to go through that without there help .“

First and foremost, I am deeply sorry for this experience, and for your loss. I too lost my own kitty cat recently and he was a member of my family. This is 100% not the experience we want any of our families to have, and I’d like to make it right if I can get a hold of you and have a conversation. Secondly, the employee with which you had the concerns with is now no longer employed with us. The lady that you spoke with initially that you kindly acknowledged and gave us stars for, is our regular office manager, Sammy, who most of our customers typically deal with. She is wonderful and empathetic. Unfortunately, she was on vacation at the time that you came back to pick up your kitty.

“Losing your mom is never easy. Planning a celebration of life, closing that chapter intensifies the pain. Eric and Carolyn not only helped provide a beautiful service for mom, but also comfort and support for me. I was dreading the day of the service for weeks. As soon as I walked in that morning I was immediately comforted. Everything was perfect, just as mom would’ve wanted. They were compassionate, sympathetic, helpful, and went above and beyond. These losses are never easy, but an experience like this will at least give me positive memories that will help me move forward. I can’t thank you all enough for all the care you took.
