When I moved here 10 years ago, Captain Bill's was recommended. I've had haircuts from all the barbers and have never had a bad haircut. All of the barbers are friendly and it has a real neighborhood atmosphere. They make you feel like family. I am a loyal customer thanks to all my positive experiences with Captain Bill's!!!
